The app and this portal share one account. Use whichever suits you — anything you start in one shows up in the other.
Verify your identity — here or in the app
Before the city can accept a business permit application from you, it verifies your identity once: a photo of your government ID and a selfie, so the two can be compared.
You can do this right here in the portal — with your phone or computer camera, or by uploading a photo of your ID — or in the CSJDM app. It takes about 3 minutes either way. After the city confirms it, you can file, renew, amend and close businesses from the portal or the app.
